This is my entry for melremo's Superhero - Villan contest :iconmelremo: :heart:
This character has been inspired by my passion for music, you can notice that through his name, in fact "Diapason" is an object used in music for tuning instruments.

Brief History
Diapason is a Villian. He lived in a country which has been deprived of sound. Water doesn't roar, wind doesn't blow, birds don't sing, people don't talk. He is dumb. He became a villian for personal revenge, which is actually involving all the world. He's so jealous of the other countries that can enjoy music and noises , that he decided to give everyone his same fate: he steals sound by his sword diapason-shaped and keeps it in the shpere you can see in his hand...He doesn't care who he is stealing sound to: singers, musicians, children. They won't laugh anymore.
Who will rescue them? Who will break this silence? Who will donate him a voice?

the background and the details are very well done. I love the character design and the brief biography, gives it a little more insight into the character. I like the clothes' design as well!
